Server log files
When you visit this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data that our hosting partner stores in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not combined with other sources. The log files are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their storage.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger. The provider processes the data mentioned above on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
No cookies, no statistics, no external services
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third-party providers. No usage profile is created, and no consent is required. Your language choice is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise (f). We keep the correspondence for as long as required for handling it and for statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact office@mindmash.at.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at.
